Management
In-house Maintenance Team
Dollinger Properties property management division, DPM Property Management Inc., manages our portfolio with its house maintenance team. Our internal property management services allow us to respond quickly and work closely with our tenants, and which in turn reduces the need and cost of outsourced vendors.
The maintenance team is a group of highly skilled individuals with tremendous experience. DPM Property Management also performs major renovations, including all aspects of construction such as painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.

In-house Construction Capabilities
DPM Property Management, Inc. has been providing premier commercial construction and development services for new shell buildings, tenant improvements, renovations, and rehabilitation projects since 1989. We are a licensed general contractor, with the ability to perform major ground up construction, as well as smaller build outs of tenants spaces. Our Construction team brings creativity and many years of experience, along with dedication to all our development endeavors.
